Customer Product Request Form (Typeform)

This form was built to solve a few problems in a retail business:

• They were looking for a way to keep track of customer requests for backorders (when an item wasn't in stock)
• They wanted to know when an item was out of stock
• They wanted a quick way to add a customer to their mailing list
• They wanted to keep track of product suggestions made by customers
